Crossroads Fitness is a non-membership facility that specializing in Personal Fitness Training. Our spacious 3,500 sq. ft. facility, with an additional 5,000 sq.ft. of private parking, is located at 801 North San Mateo Drive at the corner of State Street, across the street from Veracom Ford and Ducky's Car Wash.
Our mission at Crossroads Fitness is to bring you a level of integrative fitness that not only supersedes, but also sets the bar on fitness!
