CrossTowne LifeFit is step one to a two fold mission. CrossTowne Lifefit's vision is to foster a community of physical, mental, and spiritual health. Encouraging our community to reach out and embrace those who are struggling with addictions in our extended community. Through scholorship opportunities the CrossTowne Lifefit goal is to display brotherly love and to teach the lessons of success, failure, and perserverance represented through the sport of multi-functional fitness. We invite the outcast, the broken, and the lost to attain mental, spiritual and physical health, through creating an enviroment of community and using fitness as our common denominator.
