Crown Valley Divers (CVD) is a family based competitive diving team. We offer classes for beginers to national divers as well as masters diving. We have fun, work hard, and enjoy the beautiful sport of diving. CVD has wonderful coaches that work hard to stregthen and encourage the kids to try their hardest and do their best.
TEAM PHILOSOPHY AND OBJECTIVES
The CVD team is committed to providing a learning process that will both encourage and challenge young athletes to:
1. Achieve at the highest possible level.
2. To reach their highest potential.
3. To have a positive & enjoyable experience.
We will strive to instill in our athletes a sense of pride and self esteem. They will learn a work ethic for goal setting and discipline that will help in school and in all life building endeavors. The divers will achieve recognition that will develop personal growth and bring opportunities to enjoy success in diving.
In 2011 Crown Valley Divers won the AAU National Diving Championships, placed 3rd at USA Diving Age Group Nationals, and placed 6th in the USA Diving West National Championships. In 2010 Crown Valley Divers won the Spring Region 9 Championship (#1 in California, Arizona and Nevada) and took 2nd place at the AAU NATIONAL Championships!
