Crunch Fitness - Redwood City

Crunch Redwood City is our impressive new Pennisula outpost, a place where members come to enjoy our one-of-a-kind group fitness programming and expert personal training in 21,000 square feet of space. In that space lives a whole mess of top-of-the-line free weight equipment, cardio and resistance-training machines, a dedicated personal training area; sauna, steam room and hot tub; a large group fitness studio; and dedicated yoga Pilates and Ride studios.
