Located in the heart of Carmel, Crust Pizzeria Napoletana offers a wonderful rustic atmosphere and authentic stone oven influenced by Neapolitan tradition. Eating well matters, and that's why our pizza is made fresh, right here, every day. Our dough is made daily using the the best of the best flour, double zero grind caputo flour. We also make our own tomato sauce using Stanislaus plum tomatoes, which from the time they are picked to the time they are canned is two hours. With fourteen different speciality pizzas, as well as many meat and vegetable toppings to make your own creation, you are sure to find an amazing pizza to your liking.
