How it works?
The cryosauna experience begins in an individual cryotherapy chamber with an internal temperature that has been lowered to approximately -238’F to -274’F by liquid nitrogen vapors. During this process the gas lowers the body’s surface temperature from approximately 90.5’F to- about 32’F for 2-3 minutes. Thermo-receptors in the skin send signals to the brain that trigger the body’s response to release endorphins and beneficial biochemicals into the blood. The blood then becomes optimally oxygenated which accelerates beneficial results. The blood vessels and capillaries in the skin undergo a period of severe vasoconstriction followed by severe vasodilatation. This process breaks down toxins trapped in the tissues and flushes them through the vessels.
