Crystal Cohen-DeVito is a dynamic and dedicated Real Estate Professional representing buyers and sellers from Manhattan to Montauk. Prior to real estate, Crystal chartered a successful career in the Media and Entertainment industry. Her evolution began with her graduating Cum Laude from Hofstra University’s School of Communication in 2006. Following this, she spent almost a decade in roles that helped her hone her communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Crystal later became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, empowering her to advocate for clients age 50+ through significant major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating or selling the family home. Valuing the importance of life-long learning, she has also completed a TEFL/TESOL Certification (teaching English as a second language), which has proven invaluable when working with international clients.

Crystal is equipped with marketing and social media expertise that enables her to optimize exposure for her seller’s properties. When working with buyers, she understands how to maximize and mainstream the experience in today’s digital world. She possesses the ability to effortlessly ebb and flow when presenting and negotiating offers. When she is not helping others realize their real estate dreams, Crystal is probably volunteering for one of various charitable organizations, hitting the beach for a game of volleyball, or heading out to a show on Broadway. Her real guilty pleasure is traveling, which inspires and reminds her to live each moment, in the moment. In her spare time, Crystal works as a background actor on various television shows.
