Pleas note, Family Practice hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

CSHP's Roundhouse Urgent Care & Family Practice is located at the corner of Highway 24 and 21st street in the Roundhouse building and is home to Drs. Julie Brady, William Malabre, David Smolev and Zahra Harrison, ANP-C. This location also offers Lab and Radiology services.

CSHP's Roundhouse Urgent Care is certified by the Urgent Care Association of America. It is best to use an Urgent Care to avoid emergency room co-pay for immediate medical needs
that are NOT life-threatening such as:
Infectious Diseases and Illnesses
Strains, sprains, simple fractures, back pain
Rashes, insect bites
Asthma, shortness of breath
Migraine headaches, dizziness
Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting
Lacerations
Drug Testing*
DOT PE's*
