Cult of Gemini

Cult of Gemini helps their customers and clients discover and express themselves creatively. Kat and Ginger want to connect with our local market to provide photography and styling, graphic design and branding consultations, and create a platform to make available their own line of products including Madame Doktor Belladonna, Kathy Frey Sculptural Wire Jewelry, and an in-progress Cult of Gemini line of teas, jewelry, stationery and silk screened products which are being designed with an eye towards wholesale distribution. To keep repeat clients interested, Rachel and Kathy will also present carefully curated collections of curiosities and other handmade items based around inspirational themes that will be available for purchase online as well as in the shop.

Mission:
Cult of Gemini was born out of a desire to accept all of the various parts of ourselves, and bring both the light and the dark into a harmonious presentation. Created by Gemini partners Rachel ‘Ginger’ Lazarus and Kathy Frey, Cult of Gemini seeks to break traditional boundaries of “roles” and empower individuals and businesses to dig deep into themselves, discover all of their facets, and ultimately express themselves fully, culminating in a carefully and thoughtfully refined avatar. Avenues of expression can include—and are most certainly not limited to—personal style, environment, marketing materials, websites, as well as voice and writing styles.

Why Gemini?
In the Zodiac, Gemini can be considered one of the most precocious signs, gifted with insatiable curiosity, exceptional communication skills, and are typically lauded as multi-dimensionally talented. Kathy and Ginger are no exception, and have a great range of complementary skills. Kathy is a trained graphic designer and marketing maven, an internationally known wire sculpture and jewelry artist, and a burgeoning photographer with a great eye for composition and context. Ginger is an accomplished accountant and manager, a budding natural products maker, an experienced photo shoot stylist with an eye for detail and the unseen, and a former world-class belly dancer with an eager audience who wants to be a part of her next venture. Where Ginger charges out of the gate, creating momentum and energy behind their collaborations, Kathy reins in the horses so that the detail and message of their collaborations keeps the intended voice and structure. Together they create a dream team with a balance of creativity, hard work, and a desire to let the true voice of any project shine through.
