About Dr. Eliot Battle:

Laser Treatments:
In the past, cosmetic laser treatments (http://goo.gl/yeVZmT) were not readily available or recommended for people with darker skin tones due to a misconception that the risk for side effects, such as burns or changes in pigmentation, were higher. At out Washington, DC, facility we utilize more than 35 different lasers to meet our patients' skin care needs. About one-third of these lasers is dedicated to laser hair removal.
