Cumberland County Communicare

In 1998 the County of Cumberland created Cumberland County CommuniCare’ Inc. (CommuniCare) as an umbrella agency to manage juvenile justice focused projects on behalf of the county. Cumberland County CommuniCare is a fully incorporated 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. CommuniCare is located at 109 Bradford Ave., Fayetteville, NC, 28301. It was the County’s vision to create competent service coordination; reduce duplication of services and recidivism and be a cost effective alternative for the juvenile court system. The agency has consistently expanded operations, delinquency and undisciplined prevention, substance abuse and mental health programs and services to serve the needs of youth, adults and families across the community.
