I do not use shortening in my buttercream like other places do. I have created a modified recipe for buttercream.

I focus more on taste as I think a cupcake/cake/dessert can be pretty on the outside but not worth eating if it doesn't taste good on the inside. Most cupcakes come with some sort of topping but for complicated decorations like fondant work and roses, please inquire about prices. Will depend on the number of cupcakes requested.
