Curvy Cardio

The purpose of Curvy Cardio is to help women embrace their curves (no matter what size) and love their bodies free of body shaming. Personally I struggled with weight all of my life. There was a time I not only hated my body but myself. It took me some time but I finally realized my weight loss journey was nobody else’s but mine and I had to love myself at a size 18 or I wouldn’t love me at a size 10. Curvy Cardio’s purpose is to help serve others on obtaining a healthier you, physically and emotionally.

Tone and Tighten- Tuesdays at 730-8pm
Saturdays at 10am
$7 a class or $60 Unlimited Month
