Custom Machine, LLC operates a state of the art 65,000 square foot precision manufacturing facility consisting of advanced CNC Milling, Turning, Grinding and EDM Machines. We pride ourselves on manufacturing quality components and assemblies for the Medical, Semi-Conductor and Commercial market.

Utilizing a team of highly skilled Engineers, CNC Programmers and Machinists; Custom Machine is able to produce complex geometry requiring multi-axis 3D machining. In today's computer age; leveraging 3D CAD Models to produce CNC Programs has become essential. Our team is able to reduce development times by using 3D CAD Models and produce a superior machined component.

Our goal is to provide world class quality combined with world class service which is demonstrated by the ISO9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003, Nadcap Nonconventional Machining and Nadcap Aerospace Quality System (AC7004) certifications we maintain. To ensure your components will be manufactured to exact specifications our Quality Team uses advanced Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
