WE ARE MOVING! The Week of JULY 3rd -JULY 9th there will be NO Classes, we will resume classes Monday JULY 10th at our new location on Vine St. You may park on Wisconsin Ave, and walk up the alley to our little community's best kept secret! See you soon!

We welcome all shapes and sizes at CEF, We laugh A LOT. We Sweat A LOT. Work at your own level and pace, we will modify any workout or exercise. Whether it is your first fitness class ever, or you are a true gymrat, you are welcome at CEF. It is like no other gym.

Personal Training Services are offered Mon-Friday 8:00 - 4:00 PM and some weekend hours as well (depends on availability of trainer). Group fitness classes take place in morning and evening. Some classes are offered on Saturdays.
