Founded in 1998, Cuvée Coffee had a humble beginning as an exploratory hobby in a Dallas warehouse. Mentored by his uncle, owner and veteran Mike McKim found enjoyment in the roasting process and quickly realized that his product was in great demand. Soon, Cuvée Coffee was being credited as the pioneer of specialty coffee in Texas.

Today, Cuvée Coffee is planted in the sprawling hills and dense cedar of Austin, Texas. Cuvée is widely considered one of the nations finest craft coffee companies--a label due in part to its commitment to empowering its employees and inspiring individuals. Cuvée is also trusted for its commitment to sourcing quality beans from passionate farmers and building long-term partnerships. Consumers recognize Cuvée’s bright blue packaged products and not only trust Cuvée’s dedication to excellence and focus on education, but they also enjoy Cuvée’s tenacious nature of authentic self expression.

Cuvée’s current areas of focus include a state-of-the-art roasting facility, a newly built cold coffee brewery, and a training lab for continuing education. Cuvée distributes coffee nationwide, and has a retail location in East Austin.
