Damon Finch Power Sessions was founded in 2003. We currently have offices in Newburgh, Nyack and Kingston, NY.

We specialize in training of all aspects of public safety. We serve the individual interested in obtaining his driver’s license for the first time, to the entry level security guard, to the Executive Protection Specialist.

We understand that the speed and capacity of a person or organizations success depends upon their Attitude, Appearance, Character, Public Relations and Knowledge. Our training and coaching techniques have been utilized world wide. We strive to encourage and develop the individuals we serve by giving them an outstanding high impact experience second to none.
