Yoga
Yoga is another method of exercise that engages your mind, body and spirit to achieve your fitness goals. It raises your heartbeat, strengthen and lengthen your muscles and clears your mind. We offer yoga, meditation and starting this summer the new craze, dance yoga.

Music Therapy
Music therapy is a fun and effective way to improve focus and attention, while decreasing negative symptoms like anxiety and isolation. Class sizes are small and we group the children based on cognitive ability.

Birthday Parties
