Dancefix by HBDC

DANCEFIX is a high energy, 60 minute dance workout class featuring a warm up, a toning session, and 45 minutes of original choreography by Britt and HBDC teachers including:

Heather Britt, Alena O'Donnell, Susan Autran, Julie Sunderland, Ian Forsgren, Rachel James, Britton Spitler, Lorena Compean, Adrian Lara, Joey Squeri, Angela Kahle, Danielle Shoreman, Robin Carpenter and Frances Kroner. Dancefix Nashville teachers: Shabaz Chijoke Ujima, Thea Jones, and Rachel Nasuti.

From hip hop to jazz, from latin to lyrical, the choreography is fresh and fun for both new and experienced dancers!
