I started making just basic cheesecakes for my family and friends, and had received so many compliments about how I should start my own business. So I started to experiment... I started making all different kinds of flavors, from fun candy topped cheesecakes to seasonal favorites. (Check out my menu on the page for a list of flavors.)
My boyfriend's mother tried my cheesecake and loved it so much, that she added it to the menu at her restaurant Da Baffone Cucina Italiana in Crystal Lake. The cheesecakes became such a hit that I decided to take everybody's advice and branch out on my own.
