Since 1978, the Pisarra family has built a reputation on serving only the highest quality foods with an emphasis on excellent service. Starting with a small Italian delicatessen in Long Island, New York, we then relocated to Colorado in 1991.
Since that time, we have opened numerous locations throughout the downtown area – each known for a dedicated philosophy of quality dishes, impeccable service and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Today, Danielle’s (named for my sister) is no exception and my father Dan and I look forward to our restaurant and the Pisarra family becoming an integral part of the community – creating a new sense of excitement while continuing our time honored tradition and personal philosophy that “Good food and good service makes good friends.”
