Caroline believes that yoga should both calm and empower the mind - and be a wonderful workout for the body.
She has practiced yoga for over 20 years, studying with a diverse group of teachers.
To receive her teacher training, she travelled to Goa, India where she studied with teacher trainers DrishtiYoga, and Indian philosopher Vijay Goopla.
Caroline is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance.
