The Dave Magrogan Group, founded in 2003, is a full service hospitality management company providing branding, concept creation, training, and operation management comprised of leaders from across the industry. The Dave Magrogan Group manages and created the wildly successful Kildare’s Irish Pub chain, the award winning Doc Magrogan’s Oyster House, the critically acclaimed Harvest Seasonal Grill and Wine Bar and the authentic Stella Rossa Ristorante.
The Dave Magrogan Group also helped develop MAS Mexicali Cantina, Grady David’s Bistro, and Pat Croce’s Rum Barrel in Key West, Florida. In four states DMG manages restaurant operations and expansions in downtown communities, shopping centers, universities and casinos.

Rhino Living is a philosophy based on charging forward with a positive attitude and audacious enthusiasm as you strive to achieve your dreams and goals. Dave has shared his Rhino Philosophy at Universities, industry seminars, and conventions across the United States and Europe. His hit book “Do It Rhino Style” has sold across the world and become a cult favorite of independent minded entrepreneurs.
When Dave isn’t opening restaurants, motivating his team to charge or inspiring other organizations, he can be found at his home in Upper Providence, Pennsylvania with his girlfriend Melissa and his three children.
