David is a California Real Estate Broker and has consulted with more than 200 families in the home buying and selling process, including bringing to market the largest residential home sale in America in 2005. David earned an MBA from Pepperdine University with a focus in Marketing & Technology, is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). David brings an intimate knowledge of the Southern Marin real estate market, estate planning, large transaction management and project financing. David led what was consistently the highest performing team at Decker Bullock Sotheby’s by Unit Sales, and close behind in gross sales volume. Dave has closed over $250m of real estate sales in over 100 real estate transactions.
