Planning/Design
David Tracy Design believes design, planning and value engineering are critical components in the success of every project. With the increasing cost of office space it is a must to plan your office space effectively. The David Tracy Design Professional Design Staff is devoted to maximizing your office space without compromising your design integrity. Our staff of project design professionals are trained and ready to work with you and your project team (Architectural Firm) to help create a work environment which is conducive your corporate image and budget.

Installation
David Tracy Design Installation team brings a skilled and highly trained crew of professional installers. They take pride in their work, and are dedicated to the ultimate satisfaction of each client. As furniture installation is one of the final phases, it is critical that our Designers and Project Managers coordinate with the other trades involved, to ensure a successful project.

Warehouse and Delivery
Our warehouse is conveniently located with our sister company Systems Plus Office Service Group in Steelton, PA. Our crew receives and inspects all products before delivery. Additional space is also available for storage of our client’s products.

Maintenance/Refurbishment
David Tracy Design has many services to offer including fabric protection, panel cleaning, reupholstering, painting, wood refinishing and chair cleaning. After your new product is installed, David Tracy Design offers a maintenance program that will keep your office furniture looking like new.

Move/Project Management
The David Tracy Design Project Management Team consists of a group of dedicated Designers and Project Managers with the knowledge and experience to manage any size project and/or company move. A successful move is a result of superior planning and absolute attention to detail. The David Tracy Design Project Manager will outline a reasonable time line and action list for every vendor involved. This results in a timely and successful move/project.
