DayOut Adult Day Health Care Merced

We work with those in the community that need a helping hand by offering care giving to adults that need supportive services such as nursing, social services, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. Our environment encourages socialization and not only helps the individuals but their families by offering them respite. We specialize in working with individuals that need assistance with ADL's and have chronic illness and/or chronic mental health issues. Our program is covered by most insurance providers and in most cases we can even offer door to door transportation. Our goal is to make all participants time at our center like home, by offering two full meals and a snack each day and activities throughout the day for them to enjoy.
