Dazzling Diva Fitness

Pole fitness is fitness made fun! Our classes cater to women of all weight and height. Men are welcome in the Spins & Tricks class, Lyra, Body Pump and Trampoline Fitness. The minimum age requirement is 18.
We also offer Lyra (aerial hoop). The minimum age requirement is 16.

All classes are taught in a safe and non-competitive environment. This new fitness journey will make you leaner, stronger and more confident.
