DC Strength Ohio

DC Strength Ohio has partnered with Athletic Revolution to be the premier athlete training facility in Northeast Ohio. The training facility has all of the equipment you need to increase your strength, power, speed, agility, coordination, stamina, and endurance. We have turf to work on increasing speed, improving acceleration, decreasing ground contact time, and enhancing explosion during change of direction (COD) movements.

We offer personal training, small group training, and group training for youths, ages 6+. We focus on developing a well-rounded athlete and give youths the tools and foundation they need to succeed as they get older.

With a full weight room, we facilitate strength & conditioning programs for highschool and collegiate athletes from all around the area.

All of our trainers have a minimum of a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists.
