DCI principals have 20+ years of multi-industry experience in delivering a wide range of IT services; Training & Education, Software / Hardware Implementation, Business Analysis and Project Management. The Learning Academy's new Hi-Tech Classrooms (Learning Labs) / Authorized Public Testing Centers, feature innovative training programs and provide a broad spectrum of certification programs / modeled to develop tech talent in the tri-state region.

The Learning Academy, is the high-tech IT - Training & Education division of DCI Resources, LLC and is a TechHire grant training partner of the Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board (NRWIB). The U.S. Department of Labor's TechHire Grant is an initiative to bring accelerated IT training and workforce development to Connecticut to train young adults in the tech skills needed to enter into the IT workforce. We train participants during accelerated three-month semesters, and the Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board's ITXpress Program has several employer partners, including IBM, Cigna, Frontier, and members of the Connecticut Technical Council. Students in our programs earn widely-recognized IT credentials (e.g., (MOS) Microsoft Office Specialist, (MTA) Microsoft Technology Associate, IC3 GS5, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco, etc).

DCI Resources, LLC (The Learning Academy), also features a fully developed Occupational and Basic Skills Training & Education division, Authorized Certiport Testing Center. The Learning Academy, also offers locations in New Haven, Bridgeport and recent establishing Hartford and Waterbury, Connecticut. The tech resource centers are premier facilities offering a multitude of professional services including IT (Information Technology); software development, systems consulting, product sales & support featuring a full service & repair center, system manufacturing, LAN/WAN installation/system integration and providing software and hardware training/education for its diverse clients. DCI was formed to meet demands of a much larger scope of services than the typical “One Stop Shop Center”. One such demand, as DCI generates most of its popularity from, is its Training & Education division. It has become widely recognized due to the growing need for “hands-on” Contextual style computer training & education, job readiness and career development services, of which DCI provides in a very unique manner. Our Learning Centers boast “state-of-the-art” networked PC and Mac labs, closed-circuit projection systems, as well as a “Career Resources Center” for assisting in Career Development and Employment Readiness. Staffed by certified and experienced Instructors in respective fields of vocational education, DCI Resources offer classes for a multitude of career studies. DCI Resources, LLC is a private organization that specializes in training and placing low-income individuals in unsubsidized jobs. DCI Resources (The Learning Academy) is a leader in the certification testing industry. We provide onsite testing for computer based certification, Pre-employment assessments, and professional licensure exams.
