De-stress & Rejuvenate

Hello, I'm James. I love practicing yoga and would be excited to practice with you! I practice both Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. Sessions are donation-based. I am currently in teacher training, but I have experience in both Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. Yoga spaces are available indoor or out. My yoga spaces are both very comfortable and relaxing. The environment is filled with plants, different aromas, and relaxing music. Sessions are fun and enlightening while focusing on increasing our relaxation, awareness, flexibility, and manifestations.
