When I was a child, big family meals are some of my fondest memories. When I grew up and had a family, I loved putting meals on the table and that is where I got to hear about my children's days. Did you know children that have family meal time have higher grades and less likely to face issues with chemical dependency? I believe it is because children need to connect, be heard and enjoy time with their parents. So put down those phones, disconnect, and get out of the drive through.
