Debbie's Heavenly Scents

We are smack dab in the middle of Bellevue's "business" district with 4 nearby parking lots and on-street parking! Besides the Soy Candles and melts, Incense, Soaps and Oils we make, we feature the creations of many local crafters/artists. Come have a cup of coffee (always on, always free) while you browse our shelves for that perfect gift or smellie, pet the current kitties we rescue, read a book from our in-house library, buy loose tea or pick up the herbs you'll need for cooking :) We have it all!!!
