Defenders of Wolves

Defenders of Wolves promotes for the protection of these endangered animals by teaching about wolves and their relationship to the environment. We are dedicated to preserving the wolf and its historic range as part of our national heritage. This grass roots effort is supported by ordinary citizens who seek to promote positive attitudes about wolves and to support wolf conservation efforts in all areas included in its historic range.




We advocate for the long term recovery of wolves by informing the public about the challenges to their conservation, supporting measures that promote the acceptance of wolves on the landscape, and educating the public about ways it can participate as an effective voice for scientific decision making in their behalf.
