Owner and Cosmetologist, Tootsie has been in the hair business her whole life, being raised by her hairstylist mother(Brenda). Tootsie has been licensed for over 10 years now, and expands her knowledge by attending at least one hair show a year, to learn new trends and techniques to keep you looking fabulous and up to date!
