Delphine offers Contemporary American cuisine that is California inspired with a focus on fresh, organic ingredients. The menu features a selection of starters from the house favorite kale salad and charred brussels sprouts to entree specialties like the famous Delphine Burger, 12oz bone-in filet, and seared Maine diver scallops. Delphine also has a separate bar menu available all night in addition to Happy Hour daily from 5-8 in the bar area.
Decor:
Delphine conveys the feel of a casual yet chic eatery as inspired by the European Riviera. The thoughtfully designed space features romantic yet decorative elements and an open-air indoor-outdoor layout that offers an inviting and comfortable environment. New York-based design firm Mark Zeff utilizes a soft color palette of blue and white and framed classic archways to create a spacious feel. Decorative touches of the Old and New World are evident throughout, including bistro seating in the bar, wicker furnishings, silver-gilded antique cabinetry, a Carrera marble- topped bar, barrel wood ceilings, and modern wind turbine-style ceiling fans. Reproductions of white ceramic subway tiles, reminiscent of the Paris Metro, line the walls throughout. The expansive 6,000-square-foot space also includes Station Hollywood, a stylish outdoor bar and lounge, complete with a 600 square-foot outdoor screen, as well as The Living Room, a posh indoor bar and lounge that features 40-foot high ceilings set against a stunning spiral staircase and backdrop, W’s re-interpretation of the traditional hotel lobby.
