Jessica & Stacey had a plan when they first started their Food Truck business - to open up a Southern Food Joint. Over the last several years they have wow'd people with twists on Southern classics dishes, while also being true to them.

They have won many awards, been featured on the Cooking Channel several times, in local publications & Food Blogs.

Some of their signature dishes -- Delta Fried Catfish Tacos (fan fav) which is really only offered from about May - Sept due to the elements that go into it, their Le Grand Cochon (aka The Big Burger - Stacey's creation),
LA Seafood Mac, Down & Dirty Smoked Brisket Tacos, & more.

Their new place will have seasonal menus with specials each day, while also keeping several signature dishes daily.
