Delta Krav Maga

Delta Krav Maga is dedicated to training you in the world's most effective self defense and hand to hand combat system.
Students can expect:
- a rigorous cardiovascular workout
- strengthening and conditioning
- exercise promoting weight loss

Our training facility is conveniently located in the center of East Longmeadow at Continuum Performance Center. Krav Maga classes are offered throughout the week, along with regularly scheduled seminars. We provide group training sessions weekly and individual private training upon request.
