1.Serves AA groups and members by maintaining contact between AA and the general public.
2.Receives requests from alcoholics for help in recovering and relays these requests to appropriate AA volunteers.
3.Acts as a clearing house for information about meetings and other AA activities, keeping it current and making it and AA literature available to all interested persons.
4.Provides AA speakers, information and literature to agencies and organizations, when so requested.
5.Assists in the establishment of new AA groups.
