Better Living through Music
Independent artists need a way to protect their assets, and stay connected together, which is the inspiration that brought this project together. Owner Madelaine Ripley along with Property Manager David D. Gardner II and a legion of supportive community members set out to create a space where musicians could play together in a warm supportive environment, without having to worry about noise transfer from paper-thin walls, having to use personal home space to support business pursuits, or the limitations in typical practice spaces and their accompanying mysterious stains and lingering smell of beer.
