Deranged Fitness is primarily based on my personal journey transforming from borderline obesity to being in the best shape of my life in one years time. I made a signifigant number of poor decisions in my life. One day I looked in the mirror and was demoralized by what i saw. How did I let myself go? How did I not recognize my deteriorating health? It was not easy and thankfully I had some great people to lean on and help me retake control of my life. This program will challenge you both mentally and physically. It will drastically improve your health and self image. The expression “i cant” will not be accepted here. So many of us suffer with low self esteem and sabotage our own good intentions. The Deranged Fitness approach is to take the insecurity and guesswork out of both your overall fitness and diet. How many of you have that inexpensive box gym membership and wander aimlessly from machine to machine not having any idea what you're doing? Or perhaps you're taking the hampster in the wheel approach watching pageant mom's on tv while you dread your way through cardio. Deranged Fitness is the combination of progression based weight training and high intensity metabolic conditioning.
