The firm’s primary practice area is debtor-creditor law, including bankruptcy, workouts, litigation and lending transactions. The firm also handles commercial litigation, real-estate transactions and litigation, residential and commercial foreclosures, contracts, property-tax appeals, general corporate law and corporate services.
The firm was formed in August, 2011 by Spencer Desai, Rob Eggmann and Ryan Mason. The three have over 50 combined years of experience in debtor-creditor relations and bankruptcy. The goal when the firm was founded was to create a bankruptcy boutique with the experience, skill and sophistication to rival the departments of the nation's leading large firms, but with a level of efficiency and cost-effectiveness that large firms seldom provide.
The firm’s representations range from large corporate Chapter 11 debtors to individual clients in both a commercial and consumer setting. In addition to the named partners, the firm has three associates: Thomas Riske, Danielle Suberi and Becky Eggmann.
