Designs by Sunshine is a home-based fine art studio owned and run by artist Sunnie NevelsRobinson. She has been painting for 37 years.
Seasonal items include painted pumpkins and egg ornaments. Sunnie empties the eggs (from personal chickens), cleans them, and paints general designs or custom requests including, but not limited to: natural scenes, animals, and pet portraits.
"I will paint a custom order on just about anything, as long as it's legal. My favourite things to work on are re-purposed construction scrap - drywall board, wood, etc". Sunnie has done wood pieces, barn window boards, glass votives, and wall murals. She loves to paint landscapes of things she sees around her (favourites include mirror cows and the coffee clatch girls).
Sunnie is also professionally trained in watercolour, pastels, coloured ink, charcoal, and pencil. She dabbles in wire sculpture.
