All trips will depart from Hazard, KY unless otherwise noted.

Deposits and Final Payments:

Deposits are due 10 days after reserving your seats unless we are within the 60 day window of final payments.

Initial deposits of $50 are non-refundable when resulting in cancellations that reduce the group's size/hotel deposit. Deposits due to cancellation can sometimes be transferred to another trip.

If a trip is cancelled by the host or bus company, all travelers enrolled at the time of cancellation may be entitled to a full refund (as determined by cancellation policies of individual vendors).

Final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure date of the tour. If you cancel prior to the 60 days all funds will be returned except the $50 deposit.

If payments or deposits are not received your reservation will be cancelled and accommodations reassigned to those on the waiting list.

"Destination Tours, LLC" acts as an agent reserving hotels and other accommodations/attractions and cannot be held responsible for non performance of hotels and other providing services for our tours. We reserve the right to alter/change the itinerary if it becomes necessary. Liability cannot be claimed for delays caused by acts of God, public enemies, authorities of law, break downs and road or weather conditions beyond human control. In the event of a delay with unplanned overnight stay you would be responsible for your room, board and any other expenses that might occur.
