Starting with the highest grades of Prime beef,pork,chicken,turkey and seafood. (based on season) We apply our signature rub and sauces to allow the flavors to permeate the meat for at least 48 hours before we rotisserie our meats. All meats cooked to Medium unless otherwise requested.
