Embracing a spirit of exploration, we journey deep into Colombia’s most isolated, unspoiled and unrevealed regions seeking out a diverse selection of beans. These journeys lead us to life-long relationships with our farmers. We watch their families grow and get stronger. We watch their crops evolve and take on more nuanced and sophisticated flavor profiles. We watch their pride in knowing the beans they harvest are among the most rarefied in the world.

We take these beans and roast them in our local cafés to exact specifications and serve a range of extraordinary coffee using advanced, experimental techniques. From start to finish, we oversee every step of this process and constantly seek ways to refine it.
