This is my life verse.

I have always loved to paint and create stuff! I have Bible verses and quotes on canvases and boards all throughout my house that keep me going each and every day.

I am a Child of God, a Special Education teacher and a mother of 2 beautiful blessings from God. About 7 years ago, I felt God tugging on my heart strings to do something in Women's ministry. However, at the time, I questioned it and thought it was a silly idea. I didn't feel like I had any kind of testimony or struggles that I had really faced or anything that I could really share with others.

Since then, I have had a miscarriage, struggled with PCOS symptoms and fertility issues, had a little girl Paisley who is now 5 and a little boy Paxton who is now 2, gone through a painful separation when I was 7 1/2 months pregnant with Paxton, as well as other trials and obstacles.

There have been many days that I just wanted to quit and give up... Many days that I have cried my eyes out and just didn't know what to pray... Many days of anger and bitterness and asking "Why God?" All of these things have led me down a path to where I am today and have made me so much stronger and independent then I ever was before. I have relied on God to get me through each and every day. I have had so many people contact me since then and want advice or encouragement because they have gone through similar things and situations that I have gone through and I have been able to help encourage them to not give up and to rely on God.

I also do Devotion and Design Paint parties, instead of Wine and Design parties for ladies and church groups to get together and share their love for Jesus as well as paint and share their talents. I paint inspirational canvases and other items with scripture in hopes that my testimony and my paintings will help encourage others each and every day.

My prayer is that no matter what trial you are facing today, or what trial you will face in the future, that you are prepared and have God with you and trust in him. He is the only one that helped me to overcome my struggles and he is the only one that can fully get you through the struggles and trials that will come your way.
