DFW Zumba With Meli is a Woman owned & operated Dance Fitness business started in July of 2014. We are dedicated to family fitness. People or all ages are welcome.

We are the ONLY ONES known of in the Dallas, Fort Worth area that allows you’re ENTIRE FAMILY IN A CLASS AT ONCE. All other locations split you up, why lose family quality time? I will instruct you on the moves please feel free to go at your own pace.

Major intersection is S Bowen & W Park Row Dr, just past Tom Thumb, Woodland West Dr, Duff Dr, next street on your right hand side is Norwood Lane. Turn right & then an immediate left on the 1st street Hastings Drive. We are the 5th house on the right hand side. Our Privacy fence will be open please enter thru there. We will be in the back yard which has a privacy fence all the way around, we have fans, as well as seating if your kiddos get tired on the patio. The large concrete driveway is where we are able to dance Tone & Tighten as a group.

It is Latin inspired however its music incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts, cumbia, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, axé music, country, electronic-dance and tango. Squats and lunges are also included. Over 14 million people take weekly Zumba classes in over 140,000 locations across more than 185 countries.



I have limited availability to provide one on one lessons as well as special event fitness, Bridal fitness, bachelor/bachelorette parties, back on the prowl parties, birthday parties, bridal shower, children's parties, corporate events, engagement parties, girls night out parties. Zumba® for teachers after school. I can bring the party to you.
