I believe that effective psychotherapy is tailored to the specific needs of the individual. I primarily identify as a Transpersonal therapist - meaning that in treatment, I treat the whole person in mind, body and spirit. My clients report that in session they feel supported and understood throughout the healing process. I have worked in the helping profession for ten years. My area of expertise is trauma/PTSD however I am experienced in all mental health conditions and substance use.

In treatment I will draw from various methods to provide you with a personalized, integrative approach. These methods include: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Mindfulness-Informed CBT, Reality Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
