We smoke 8 different meats in house that includes: Beef Brisket (sliced or chopped), Southern Pulled Pork, Virginia Style Ham, Tender Turkey Breast, Marinated Chicken Breast, Old Recipe Polish Sausage, Spicy Cheddar Sausage, and Fall Off The Bone Pork Ribs.

We also have 16 different sides which include barbecue beans, creamy coleslaw, caesar salad, jalapeño beans, green beans (with bacon), potato salad (mayonnaise & mustard based), brunswick stew, hushpuppies, mac & cheese, baked potato casserole, fried onion tanglers, fried okra, corn on the cob, waffle fries, sweet potato waffle fries, and chips.

When you dine in, we have FREE ice cream and pickles!!
