Dilly's Curiosity Shop

Dilly's Curiosity Shop was founded in 1986 by Dillard, "Dilly", and his wife Sally. These constant companions were artists, hairdressers, musicians, and clothing designers.

Dilly's Curiosity Shop as we know it today developed organically out of several existing business ventures. Dilly's has gone through many phases, and merchandise selection adapted, always staying true to a vision of offerings of a unique and thought-provoking nature.

Sadly, in 2004, Dillard unexpectedly passed away and ownership and operation of the Shop was then given to Dillard and Sally's daughter Dagney and son-in-law Todd. Dilly's Curiosity Shop moved to its current location in March of 2007, and under fresh new direction continues to evolve and provide one of the area's most memorable shopping experiences.

Dilly's Curiosity Shop is a great destination for items such as stones, jewelry, fossils, herbs, oils, books, incense, clothing, musical instruments, and home decor.

Often imitated, never duplicated, Dilly's remains Kingsport's ORIGINAL source for all things unique. Dilly's offers the selection, the prices, and the knowledge that you are looking for. Dilly's also provides a convenient lay-away program and special orders are always welcome.
